Hours of operation
Our laboratories are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 local time, and Saturday 09:00 to 13:00 (Sri Lanka and Shanghai only). All locations observe local public holidays. Submissions received outside business hours are logged and acknowledged on the next business day.
Visiting our laboratories
Visitors are welcome by appointment. Please contact the laboratory in advance to arrange a time, particularly if you plan to submit a stone in person. Maps and detailed directions are available on request — please email the location you wish to visit.
